Michael Thomas is the ultimate hired gun! Michael has appeared on several tours and albums with many bands, including Faster Pussycat, Bang Tango, Beautiful Creatures, and his own original band Fastback. With his hectic work schedule and so many band duties to perform, Michael relies on his own Signature Model Mudd Guitar, which he aptly named ‘Mayhem’.

Michael was heavily involved with the design process of his guitar. Along with Mudd’s technical input, they were able to design a guitar that can stand up to Michael’s very rigorous requirements, and deliver Michael’s signature tone and attitude. The initial design sketches of the Mayhem were actually done at the Rainbow Bar and Grill on Sunset Strip! What started out as a quiet lunch, quickly turned into a crowd of people standing around the table, watching Michaels guitar take shape before them. It doesn’t get any more Rock ‘n’ Roll than that.
